Tortillapizza with potatoes and chanterelles

Tortilla pizza with potatoes and chanterelles is easy to make and delicious to eat. It doesn't require many ingredients either.

Ingredients

200 g

Chanterelles

2

Big potatoes

2 spoon

Mascarpone

2

Tortillas

some

Salt, pepper

some

thyme and rosemary

How to 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Carefully clean the chanterelles and cut them into quarters.
  3. Cut the raw potatoes into thin slices. Use a mandolin, for example.
  4. Spread a large tablespoon of mascarpone on each tortilla tortilla.
  5. Divide the potato slices between the tortilla and sprinkle the chanterelles on top.
  6. Carefully pour a little olive oil over them.
  7. Bake the tortilla pizzas in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.

Tips

  • It's a good idea to brush the potato slices with oil. If desired, sprinkle thyme and rosemary over the potatoes. 
    Finally, I roast the chanterelles before distributing them.
     
  • You can also add some chicken or minced meat, but it is better to finish cooking meat/chiken on a pan first
