Tortillapizza with potatoes and chanterelles
Tortilla pizza with potatoes and chanterelles is easy to make and delicious to eat. It doesn't require many ingredients either.
Ingredients
200 g | Chanterelles |
2 | Big potatoes |
2 spoon | Mascarpone |
2 | Tortillas |
some | Salt, pepper |
some | thyme and rosemary |
How to
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Carefully clean the chanterelles and cut them into quarters.
- Cut the raw potatoes into thin slices. Use a mandolin, for example.
- Spread a large tablespoon of mascarpone on each tortilla tortilla.
- Divide the potato slices between the tortilla and sprinkle the chanterelles on top.
- Carefully pour a little olive oil over them.
- Bake the tortilla pizzas in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
Tips
- It's a good idea to brush the potato slices with oil. If desired, sprinkle thyme and rosemary over the potatoes.
Finally, I roast the chanterelles before distributing them.
- You can also add some chicken or minced meat, but it is better to finish cooking meat/chiken on a pan first
